This workout is Fast and Effective! LOTUS KITTY TRX classes consist of a 45-minute suspension training workout leveraging gravity and your body weight. You will perform a multitude of exercises, structured in multi-round sequences. The variety in our TRX classes will keep you challenged and the results will keep you coming back for more. SERIOUSLY.

We use intention based practices to invoke body sculpting while incorporating asanas that lengthen your muscles. Changing weekly, the practice could be based in Iyengar, Ashtanga or Anusara, sometimes mixing all three in a beautiful flow practice.
